An oil skimmer / belt skimmer effectively remove surface oils from coolant, process fluids and degreasing baths. / Bộ gạt dầu (oil skimmer / belt skimmer) có khả năng loại bỏ hiệu quả dầu nổi trên bề mặt khỏi dung dịch làm mát, chất lỏng trong quá trình gia công và bể tẩy rửa dầu mỡ.

Cấu tạo và nguyên lý hoạt động: 

The skimmers are constructed from stainless steel and are designed to minimise space requirements. They use a special belt to skim the surface of various oils. The rotating belt transports the oil from the fluid surface up to the oil skimmer / belt skimmer where it is scraped off. This model has a scraper plate where the oil runs out on instead of a nipple tube. / Bộ gạt dầu được chế tạo bằng thép không gỉ (stainless steel) với thiết kế gọn nhẹ, tiết kiệm không gian. Thiết bị sử dụng dây băng đặc biệt để thu gom dầu nổi trên bề mặt chất lỏng. Dây băng quay liên tục, vận chuyển dầu từ bề mặt chất lỏng lên bộ gạt, nơi dao gạt (scraper plate) sẽ tách dầu ra và dẫn dầu chảy ra ngoài qua tấm gạt, thay vì dùng ống dẫn thông thường (nipple tube).

The belt skimmer BS-60-0 is a compact skimmer that does not require much space. The oil is scraped off and must be collected externally. / Belt skimmer BS-60-0: Là mẫu gạt dầu nhỏ gọn, tiết kiệm không gian, thích hợp cho các vị trí có diện tích hạn chế. Dầu sau khi được gạt ra sẽ được thu gom bên ngoài.

The other type of belt skimmer BS-60-B is slightly larger, but has an integrated oil collection container. In the container there is a sight glass for visual control of the collected oil. / Belt skimmer BS-60-B: Có kích thước lớn hơn một chút, nhưng tích hợp sẵn thùng chứa dầu. Trong thùng có kính quan sát, giúp dễ dàng kiểm tra lượng dầu đã thu được.

FILCO can supply belts with a total length (circumference) of between 700 mm and 2000 mm, depending on needs. To find the correct belt length, measure the distance ( X ) from the liquid surface at the lowest level and the edge on which the belt skimmer is to be mounted. / FILCO có thể cung cấp dây băng (belt) với chu vi tổng từ 700 mm đến 2000 mm, tùy theo yêu cầu. This oil skimmer / belt skimmer is used to remove small amounts of vane and leakage oils from coolant as well as surface oils from washing systems and degreasing baths. / Thiết bị được sử dụng để loại bỏ lượng nhỏ dầu rò rỉ hoặc dầu nổi từ dung dịch làm mát, cũng như dầu nổi trong các bể rửa hoặc tẩy dầu mỡ.
